Three new gallery covers: Framed, Journal, and Split-screen
Gallery settings > Cover layout has three new looks that set your title off the photo. Framed shows the cover photo in a mat like a print, with the title below. Journal reads like a magazine page, with a large title, a thin rule, and your welcome message above a wide photo. Split-screen puts the photo on one half and the title beside it. All of them preview live and work with your fonts, colors, and cover framing.

Smart start presets in the gallery Editor
Start a gallery from a ready-made preset for the kinds of photography you do, from weddings and portraits to product and food. The best match for each project comes first, based on how it was booked, its name, and what you used for that client before. One tap sets the gallery type, its key settings, and a polished look, then asks only what it needs, like your selection limit or price. Nothing changes for your client until you click Apply.

Favorites on Static and Selling galleries
Turn on Favorites in Gallery settings and viewers can heart their favorite photos and filter to just those, great for a couple choosing album picks. Each person keeps their own list: your client's hearts save to their account, and guests on a shared link add their name and email on their first heart. Proofing galleries work exactly as before.

New
Square grid layout
Galleries can now use a Square grid: even rows of square thumbnails, each photo cropped to fit, with the full photo opening on click. Pick it in Gallery settings under Layout. It works for every gallery type, including proofing, and the photo-size slider, corners, and gap all apply.

Save your gallery designs
Set up a gallery look you love in the Editor, then save it under Theme as one of Your designs: the theme, fonts, colors, corners, spacing, cover options, and watermark, all in one. Apply it to any gallery with one click, and update, rename, or delete designs right there. Each project shows the design (or theme) its gallery uses, marked edited if you have customized it since. Gallery type, price, and the welcome message stay with each project. The Editor's main button is now Apply (it applies your changes to this gallery), so it is never confused with Save design.

New
Cover text color
Colors in the gallery Editor now include Cover text, so the title, date, and welcome on your cover photo can be cream, stone, charcoal, black, or any color, not just white. Pick a dark color for a bright cover photo and the cover's shading automatically flips to light so the text stays easy to read.

More cover options
In the gallery Editor, Cover layout now has a "None" option that shows just your cover photo with only the welcome message on it. You can also hide the studio logo or name and the shoot date on any cover, choose the View gallery button style (outline, solid, a simple text link, or hidden), and set the welcome message size from small to extra large.

New
Photo corners and spacing
Two more controls in the gallery design editor: Corners (square, soft, or rounded photos and cover) and Gap (no space, tight, regular, or airy between photos). Both start from your theme, so nothing changes until you pick one. The Editorial cover also now has truly square corners, edge to edge.

Choose your gallery colors
The gallery design editor now has Background and Accent. Pick from curated backgrounds like Linen, Sage, or Midnight (or any custom color), and an accent for the buttons and highlights, independent of the theme. Text automatically switches between light and dark so it always stays readable.

New
Choose your gallery fonts
The gallery design editor now has a Font section with nine curated pairings: classic serifs, clean modern sans serifs, and flowing scripts. Each pairs a cover title font with an easy-to-read font for the rest of the gallery, and you see it change live in the preview. Set a studio-wide default in Settings, Gallery defaults, and override it per gallery.

Design your gallery in a live editor
A new "Design gallery" button on each project opens a full-screen editor with a live preview of your client gallery. Pick a theme, choose where the title and logo sit on the cover, and add a cover welcome, all while watching the gallery update as you go, then Save. Fonts, colors, and cover framing are coming next.

Public projects: a comment wall
Turn on comments for a Public project and anyone with the link can leave a note under their own name (great for an event you sell to many people, like a game with lots of parents). Comments are visible to everyone with the link, each person can remove their own, and you can remove any from the project page. A returning buyer can also click their email on the gallery to jump straight to their purchases and receipts.

Public projects: sell to many buyers
New project type for shoots with no single client, like a public event you sell to many people. Pick "Public gallery" when creating a project to run a shared storefront (each buyer checks out on their own) or share an event gallery for free. Buyers show up under Money, Gallery orders, and never clutter your Clients list.

New
Snooze dashboard reminders
The dashboard's "Needs attention" items can now be snoozed until tomorrow with one click, so they stay useful nudges instead of permanent clutter. Anything that gets worse (like another invoice going past due) resurfaces on its own.

New
Gallery stats
Each project now shows its gallery at a glance: views, favorites, selects, and downloads, right in the project side panel. The numbers adapt to the gallery type, so you only ever see stats that apply.

Where it started
This is where the updates begin. From day one, Edit already gave photographers one home for the business side: booking requests, agreements clients sign online, galleries to view, proof, or buy from, deliverables, and invoices clients pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe or Square. All of it lives in a client portal on your own domain. Everything above this line came after.
