Estimate request form
Turn on your estimate request link in Settings > Availability and share it or embed it on your website. Choose which project types it offers (say, Product but not Headshots if those have set prices), and every type also has its own link and embed. Clients pick a project type, answer your questions for it plus a required Deadline (no date, deposit, or terms to accept), and ask for an estimate. Bookings is now Requests: estimate requests land there next to booking requests, with Create estimate, Ask a question, and Decline. Create estimate fills in the client and shows their answers while you price it. When they approve the estimate, the project is created with their answers as its brief. A What's this? link in Settings explains when to use it and when to use your booking link.

Add a license to estimates and invoices
Next to Add line, Add license opens a builder with your license rates: pick how many photos (or which ones), the uses, how long, where, and exclusive, or set a custom price for this client. It becomes one line, and your client sees the license terms under the line items. When you deliver the photos the license starts on them, and the project's Usage card shows where it stands (Awaiting payment until the invoice is paid). Deliver more photos than it covers and Edit asks you to pick which ones.

Licensing galleries
A new gallery type for usage licensing (Studio and Agency). Clients pick the photos they need, then how they'll use them, for how long, where, and whether it's exclusive, and see the price update as they choose. Paying unlocks the licensed photos, an ended license locks them until it's renewed, and an exclusive photo is held for its buyer. Set your prices in Settings > Licensing, which start from suggested industry rates. Clients agree to your License terms (edit them in Settings > Licensing) before paying, and get an automatic reminder 60, 30, and 7 days before a license ends, with a Renew button. You get a bell 30 and 7 days before, and Money > Licenses shows every license and where it stands.

A booking link for each session type
Every session type now has its own booking link and embed, like /book/headshots, for a page on your website about just that kind of shoot. Clients on it skip choosing a session type and go straight to its questions. In Settings > Availability, check which types show on your main booking link; unchecked types are booked only through their own link.

New
Accept terms on your booking form
In Settings > Availability > Booking form, + Add now has Accept terms: paste your terms, link to your terms page, or both. Clients check "I have read and agree to the Terms.", where Terms opens your terms in a pop-up, and can't send a request without it. Each request keeps a copy of the exact terms the client agreed to.

Style your booking form to match your website
Settings > Availability has a new Form style section: pick the font, make section titles large, put labels in all caps, and choose rounded or square corners. A live preview shows the result, and your booking form and the version embedded on your website both follow it, along with your Brand color.

New
Edit your booking form
Settings > Availability now has a Booking form section with a tab for each of your session types. Reword any question, change its answer type and choices, make it required or optional, show it only after a certain answer, drag to reorder, delete it, or + Add a new one. Each session type keeps Edit's questions until you change them, and Reset puts them back. A required photo, like a selfie, is now a Photo upload question with Required on.

Shoot locations and a full brief for your photographers
Projects now have a Location, filled in from the venue or address a client gives when they book, and you can edit it anytime. It shows on the project with a link to Maps, and in your calendar feed. A project booked through a request also shows everything the client sent: their note, answers, and reference photos. On Agency, the photographer you assign gets all of it by email, along with the client's contact details and your team notes, and gets a heads-up if the date, time, or location changes. Photographers never see the client's budget.

New
Photographer team role (Agency)
Invite a Photographer from Team and they see only the shoots assigned to them: their dashboard, calendar, projects, galleries, files, and messages. No invoices, other clients, or settings. Clients can book them, and they get a notification when you assign them a shoot.
-
New
Book by photographer (Agency)
Turn on Shoots on your row in Team and clients can book you. With two or more photographers, your booking form asks "Which photographer?" (or Any photographer), and the open dates and times follow whoever they pick. Assign or change a shoot's photographer when you accept a request or on the project, and they get a notification. The calendar can show one photographer's shoots at a time.

Put your booking form on your own website
Settings > Availability now has an Embed button. Paste the code into Squarespace, Wix, Showit, WordPress, or any site, as the form right on your page or a Book now button that opens it in a popup. Clients book without leaving your site.

New
A note on each payment
Each payment on a payment plan can carry an optional note for your client, like "Nonrefundable. Due upon receipt to secure your date." It shows on the invoice, in the invoice email, and on the PDF.

Payment plans on invoices
Split any invoice into scheduled payments: a deposit now and the rest later, 50/50, or up to 12 payments, each with its own due date (when sent, weeks after sending, the shoot day, or any date). Your client pays each one as it comes due, or the whole balance early. Each payment gets its own reminders and late fee, and the invoice only reads Paid once every payment is in.

New
See what is coming up on every invoice
A sent invoice now lists the automatic emails still scheduled for your client (due soon, due today, past due, and any late fee), payment by payment, with a preview of each email.

Clients can invite others to weigh in
On a proofing gallery, your client now sees who they are picking as and an Invite others button that gives them the guest link to send to family or their team, so they never forward their own link. Anyone who opens a forwarded client link can tap Not (name)? to go to the guest view. On the Share tab, the links are now called Client link and Guest link, with a switch for whether your client can invite others.

Slideshow cover
Turn your gallery cover into a slideshow of 3 to 10 photos, each slowly zooming and fading into the next. In Gallery settings, open Cover photo, choose Slideshow under Motion, then pick your photos in the order you want them to play. Drag to reorder, and set how long each photo shows (3 to 7 seconds).
-
New
Slow zoom cover
Give your gallery cover a slow, subtle zoom when your client opens it. Turn it on in Gallery settings under Cover photo, Motion. It respects your framing, and is skipped for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
-
New
Full screen photo viewer
Clients can take the photo viewer full screen from the button next to Close, for a distraction-free look at every photo. Esc steps back out. On iPhone the viewer already fills the screen, so the button stays out of the way there.

New
Gallery sections
Group a gallery into sections, like looks in a headshot session, dishes in a food shoot, or products in a set. Clients see a heading for each and a row of section buttons to jump between them, and on proofing galleries you can set how many photos they pick from each section.

New
Your booking link gets its own preview card
When you share your booking link in a text, email, or social post, the preview now shows a card with your logo, studio name, a Book a session button in your accent color, and the kinds of photography you do. It updates on its own when you change your branding. No setup needed.

Require a photo on booking requests
Ask clients to upload a photo for any session type on your public booking link, like a recent selfie for headshots, so you get a sense of them before the shoot. Set it in Settings > Availability.
-
New
Booking deposits
Require a deposit for any session type on your public booking link, like $100 for Headshots. Clients pay it right after requesting, and the request reaches you once it is paid. Declining refunds it automatically, and it is credited on the session invoice. Set it in Settings > Availability.

Apple Pay and Google Pay for your clients
Clients can now pay invoices and gallery orders with Apple Pay or Google Pay, right above the card field. It works with Stripe and Square and sets itself up on your studio address automatically, with nothing to configure.

Email activity: see every email your clients get
Settings > Email activity lists every email Edit sends your clients, from invoices and reminders to receipts, agreements, and gallery notices, with whether each one was delivered. Open any email to see exactly what your client saw. If an email bounces, you get a notification right away so you can fix the address. Each email also shows up on its client and project timeline.
