Email, Phone, and URL questions on booking forms
The Booking form builder has three new answer types. Each brings up the right keyboard on a phone and only accepts a real email address, phone number, or web address. A URL like example.com is saved with its https:// so it opens.

Fixed
White label tab icon
With white label on, the browser tab shows your logo instead of Edit's icon in Safari too, and an app installed from your link uses your logo.

Estimate request form
Turn on your estimate request link in Settings > Availability and share it or embed it on your website. Choose which project types it offers (say, Product but not Headshots if those have set prices), and every type also has its own link and embed. Clients pick a project type, answer your questions for it plus a required Deadline (no date, deposit, or terms to accept), and ask for an estimate. Bookings is now Requests: estimate requests land there next to booking requests, with Create estimate, Ask a question, and Decline. Create estimate fills in the client and shows their answers while you price it. When they approve the estimate, the project is created with their answers as its brief. A What's this? link in Settings explains when to use it and when to use your booking link.

Clients can license photos by bank transfer
Checkout in a Licensing gallery now has a Bank (ACH) tab next to Card, using your connected Stripe or Square account (with your ACH fee, if you set one). A bank transfer takes 3 to 5 business days to clear. The photos unlock and the license starts once it does, and the client gets their download link by email then. An exclusive photo stays reserved for them while it clears.

A warning before you lose unsaved work
While you're building an invoice, estimate, or project, leaving the page with unsaved changes now asks first. Clicking anywhere else in Edit asks "Leave without saving?", and refreshing or closing the tab shows your browser's Leave site warning.

Add a license to estimates and invoices
Next to Add line, Add license opens a builder with your license rates: pick how many photos (or which ones), the uses, how long, where, and exclusive, or set a custom price for this client. It becomes one line, and your client sees the license terms under the line items. When you deliver the photos the license starts on them, and the project's Usage card shows where it stands (Awaiting payment until the invoice is paid). Deliver more photos than it covers and Edit asks you to pick which ones.

New
Licensing galleries
A new gallery type for usage licensing (Studio and Agency). Clients pick the photos they need, then how they'll use them, for how long, where, and whether it's exclusive, and see the price update as they choose. Paying unlocks the licensed photos, an ended license locks them until it's renewed, and an exclusive photo is held for its buyer. Set your prices in Settings > Licensing, which start from suggested industry rates. Clients agree to your License terms (edit them in Settings > Licensing) before paying, and get an automatic reminder 60, 30, and 7 days before a license ends, with a Renew button. You get a bell 30 and 7 days before, and Money > Licenses shows every license and where it stands.

Turn off "Other" on your booking link
Your main booking link can now offer only the session types you shoot. In Settings > Availability, uncheck Other under Session types and clients can no longer describe a session you don't offer.
-
New
A booking link for each session type
Every session type now has its own booking link and embed, like /book/headshots, for a page on your website about just that kind of shoot. Clients on it skip choosing a session type and go straight to its questions. In Settings > Availability, check which types show on your main booking link; unchecked types are booked only through their own link.

Fixed
Other on your booking form
If Other is one of your session types, your booking form now shows it once, and a client who picks it gets your Other questions, deposit, required photo, and terms, plus a box to describe the session.

New
Accept terms on your booking form
In Settings > Availability > Booking form, + Add now has Accept terms: paste your terms, link to your terms page, or both. Clients check "I have read and agree to the Terms.", where Terms opens your terms in a pop-up, and can't send a request without it. Each request keeps a copy of the exact terms the client agreed to.

New
Style your booking form to match your website
Settings > Availability has a new Form style section: pick the font, make section titles large, put labels in all caps, and choose rounded or square corners. A live preview shows the result, and your booking form and the version embedded on your website both follow it, along with your Brand color.

New
Edit your booking form
Settings > Availability now has a Booking form section with a tab for each of your session types. Reword any question, change its answer type and choices, make it required or optional, show it only after a certain answer, drag to reorder, delete it, or + Add a new one. Each session type keeps Edit's questions until you change them, and Reset puts them back. A required photo, like a selfie, is now a Photo upload question with Required on.

Product and food bookings ask what you need, and a Clear button
Product & Commercial bookings now ask for the company or brand name, a brief overview of the project, and what to do with the products after the shoot: donate, keep, or return them. Pick Return and the client adds a return address. Food & Beverage bookings ask for the company or restaurant name and where to shoot: on-site at their restaurant or at your studio. Every booking form also has a Clear button to start over.
-
Improved
Your booking form in your brand color
Your booking form now uses your Brand color (Settings > Studio) for its buttons and highlights, instead of Edit orange. Embedded on your own website, the form also drops its border so it sits right on your page.

Improved
Company headshots ask the company name and business type
When a client books Headshots & Branding for a company, the form now asks for the company name and the type of business, alongside how many people and where, and a required photo upload like a selfie is asked of individuals only. "How'd you find us?" is shorter and grouped, and now includes AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude.

Improved
First and last name, so emails greet people right
Your booking form, sign-up, Settings > Profile, team invites, and your clients' team page now ask for a first name and a last name instead of one name box. Emails and greetings use the first name exactly as it was typed, so someone named Mary Ann is greeted as Mary Ann, not Mary.
-
Improved
Your booking form has sections
The booking form now groups the client's contact details under Your info and the rest under Session details. That second title fits the session type: Wedding details, Event details, Property details, or Shoot details for product, food, and fashion.

New
Shoot locations and a full brief for your photographers
Projects now have a Location, filled in from the venue or address a client gives when they book, and you can edit it anytime. It shows on the project with a link to Maps, and in your calendar feed. A project booked through a request also shows everything the client sent: their note, answers, and reference photos. On Agency, the photographer you assign gets all of it by email, along with the client's contact details and your team notes, and gets a heads-up if the date, time, or location changes. Photographers never see the client's budget.
-
Improved
Clients can share a deadline when they book
Every session type on your booking form now has an optional Deadline, for when the client needs their photos. You see it on the request, and when you accept, it becomes the project's deadline on your calendar.
-
Improved
Your team can handle booking requests
Co-owners and Collaborators can now open Bookings and accept, modify, or decline requests (before, only the owner could). Photographers now get an email as well as a notification when you assign them a shoot, hear about it when their shoot's date or time changes, and get a heads-up when a client asks for them.
-
Improved
Write your own deposit terms
With Require deposit on in Settings > Availability, a Deposit terms box lets you set the refund and credit terms clients see under the deposit on your booking form. It starts with Edit's default wording. The booking form's name field now shows a hint too.
-
New
Photographer team role (Agency)
Invite a Photographer from Team and they see only the shoots assigned to them: their dashboard, calendar, projects, galleries, files, and messages. No invoices, other clients, or settings. Clients can book them, and they get a notification when you assign them a shoot.
-
New
Book by photographer (Agency)
Turn on Shoots on your row in Team and clients can book you. With two or more photographers, your booking form asks "Which photographer?" (or Any photographer), and the open dates and times follow whoever they pick. Assign or change a shoot's photographer when you accept a request or on the project, and they get a notification. The calendar can show one photographer's shoots at a time.
-
Improved
Calendar notes can block bookings and sync to your phone
A note on your calendar now has an Until time and a Block bookings box. A blocked note closes just the session times it overlaps on your booking form (or the whole day if it has no time). Your notes now show up in your subscribed Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar too, and that calendar checks for changes every hour instead of every 12.
-
New
Put your booking form on your own website
Settings > Availability now has an Embed button. Paste the code into Squarespace, Wix, Showit, WordPress, or any site, as the form right on your page or a Book now button that opens it in a popup. Clients book without leaving your site.

Your galleries are closed to AI crawlers
Galleries, share links, orders, invoices, and estimates now tell every crawler, search and AI alike, to stay out. It's built in, nothing to turn on. And to be clear: Edit never uses your photos or your clients' information to train AI.
