Email, Phone, and URL questions on booking forms
The Booking form builder has three new answer types. Each brings up the right keyboard on a phone and only accepts a real email address, phone number, or web address. A URL like example.com is saved with its https:// so it opens.

Improved
Clients can license photos by bank transfer
Checkout in a Licensing gallery now has a Bank (ACH) tab next to Card, using your connected Stripe or Square account (with your ACH fee, if you set one). A bank transfer takes 3 to 5 business days to clear. The photos unlock and the license starts once it does, and the client gets their download link by email then. An exclusive photo stays reserved for them while it clears.

Improved
A warning before you lose unsaved work
While you're building an invoice, estimate, or project, leaving the page with unsaved changes now asks first. Clicking anywhere else in Edit asks "Leave without saving?", and refreshing or closing the tab shows your browser's Leave site warning.
-
Improved
Turn off "Other" on your booking link
Your main booking link can now offer only the session types you shoot. In Settings > Availability, uncheck Other under Session types and clients can no longer describe a session you don't offer.
-
Improved
Product and food bookings ask what you need, and a Clear button
Product & Commercial bookings now ask for the company or brand name, a brief overview of the project, and what to do with the products after the shoot: donate, keep, or return them. Pick Return and the client adds a return address. Food & Beverage bookings ask for the company or restaurant name and where to shoot: on-site at their restaurant or at your studio. Every booking form also has a Clear button to start over.
-
Improved
Your booking form in your brand color
Your booking form now uses your Brand color (Settings > Studio) for its buttons and highlights, instead of Edit orange. Embedded on your own website, the form also drops its border so it sits right on your page.
-
Improved
Company headshots ask the company name and business type
When a client books Headshots & Branding for a company, the form now asks for the company name and the type of business, alongside how many people and where, and a required photo upload like a selfie is asked of individuals only. "How'd you find us?" is shorter and grouped, and now includes AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude.
-
Improved
First and last name, so emails greet people right
Your booking form, sign-up, Settings > Profile, team invites, and your clients' team page now ask for a first name and a last name instead of one name box. Emails and greetings use the first name exactly as it was typed, so someone named Mary Ann is greeted as Mary Ann, not Mary.
-
Improved
Your booking form has sections
The booking form now groups the client's contact details under Your info and the rest under Session details. That second title fits the session type: Wedding details, Event details, Property details, or Shoot details for product, food, and fashion.
-
Improved
Clients can share a deadline when they book
Every session type on your booking form now has an optional Deadline, for when the client needs their photos. You see it on the request, and when you accept, it becomes the project's deadline on your calendar.
-
Improved
Your team can handle booking requests
Co-owners and Collaborators can now open Bookings and accept, modify, or decline requests (before, only the owner could). Photographers now get an email as well as a notification when you assign them a shoot, hear about it when their shoot's date or time changes, and get a heads-up when a client asks for them.
-
Improved
Write your own deposit terms
With Require deposit on in Settings > Availability, a Deposit terms box lets you set the refund and credit terms clients see under the deposit on your booking form. It starts with Edit's default wording. The booking form's name field now shows a hint too.
-
Improved
Calendar notes can block bookings and sync to your phone
A note on your calendar now has an Until time and a Block bookings box. A blocked note closes just the session times it overlaps on your booking form (or the whole day if it has no time). Your notes now show up in your subscribed Apple, Google, or Outlook calendar too, and that calendar checks for changes every hour instead of every 12.
-
Improved
Your galleries are closed to AI crawlers
Galleries, share links, orders, invoices, and estimates now tell every crawler, search and AI alike, to stay out. It's built in, nothing to turn on. And to be clear: Edit never uses your photos or your clients' information to train AI.
-
Improved
A cleaner Availability page
Settings > Availability now matches the other Settings tabs, with on/off switches and tidier rows. You now tap the days you're open instead of the days you're closed. Your saved settings didn't change.

Improved
Record a cash deposit on any invoice
The invoice form now has one "Already collected money?" box for money you took in person. Pick the full total to mark it paid, or a deposit or part of it to send the invoice for just the balance, no payment plan needed. The Terms note what was paid.
-
Improved
Invoice terms follow your payment plan
When you split an invoice into payments, the Terms now spell out each one, like "Payment schedule: $500.00 paid, $500.00 due by 11/12/2026, and $500.00 due by 11/19/2026," and update as you change amounts or dates. Terms you wrote yourself are never changed.
-
Improved
Edit is out of beta
Signing up is now just your studio details and agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, with no separate beta agreement. The Terms are updated to match.
-
Improved
60 days free for every new studio
Every new studio now gets a 60-day free trial on any plan, with no card to start, so you can run a whole shoot from booking to getting paid before you decide.
-
Improved
Your own domain and white label on Studio, and Agency is now $99
The Studio plan now includes your own custom domain and white label, so your portal, client pages, and emails show only your brand. Agency drops from $129 to $99 a month, with up to 10 team seats, 2 TB of storage, and priority support. Studios already on Agency move to the new price at their next renewal.
-
Improved
Refunds are never chased
Refunding a deposit, a payment on a payment plan, or part of an invoice no longer asks your client for that money again: no reminders, late fees, or past due for it. When the invoice still has payments to come, the refund window asks whether to continue with them or cancel them and void the invoice. The schedule marks the refunded payment as Refunded.
-
Improved
Clearer plans in Billing
Settings > Billing now shows each plan the same way the pricing page does: a one-line summary, the price, and three key features, with every feature by plan under Compare all features.
-
Improved
A clearer pricing page
The pricing page now compares the plans side by side in one grid, grouped by what you do (galleries, delivery, clients, getting paid), and shows everything your galleries can do, from Smart start and slideshow covers to proofing and selling photos. Custom galleries come with every plan.
-
Improved
Easier to browse this page
Product updates now show 25 at a time with Newer and Older buttons, filter to just New, Improved, or Fixed, and jump to any month.
-
Improved
Drafts are dated the day you send them
Send an invoice draft a few days after you made it and it is now dated the day it goes out: the issue date moves to today, the due date moves with it so NET 30 is still 30 days, and the payment terms line updates to match. If you set the issue date yourself, it stays. The delivered date also fills in from the project if it was delivered since.
-
Improved
Invoices and receipts match
The printable invoice and the invoice PDF now share the receipt's letterhead: your logo and studio details on the left, "Invoice" and its number on the right. Quantities read "110" instead of "110.00", receipts show the discount percent, and a receipt for a bank transfer that is still clearing no longer shows the full balance as remaining.
-
Improved
Cleaner discount lines on invoices
Items left out of a percent discount are no longer tagged "No discount". The discount line shows your name for it plus the percent (like "Bulk discount (10%)"), on the PDF and the client's copy too.
