How it works

Price it, share it, get paid while you sleep.

  1. 1

    Set a price

Turn the gallery into a selling gallery and set the price per photo.

  2. 2

    Share the link

Send it to your client, or post it for the whole team or event.

  3. 3

    They check out

Buyers add photos to the cart, or Add all, and pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  4. 4

    Instant downloads

Full-size files unlock the second they pay, with a receipt in their inbox.

Public projects

One shoot, twenty parents.

Team days, games, recitals, and events don’t have one client. Make it a Public project and everyone with the link shops for their own kid.

  • Every buyer checks out on their own. No collecting orders by text or Venmo. Each parent pays for the photos they want.
  • A comment wall, if you want one. “Owen played great!” Parents leave notes under their own name for everyone with the link.
  • Their purchases, always one click away. A returning buyer clicks their email on the gallery and lands on their photos and receipts.
  • Buyers stay out of your client list. Orders live under Money, Gallery orders, so your Clients list is still just clients.

The details

Selling, without the side hustle.

0% to Edit

Every sale goes to your own Stripe or Square account. Edit takes no cut on any plan.

A real cart

Each photo shows its price and an In cart state, with Add all for the parent who wants everything.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

One-tap checkout on their phone, right above the card field. Nothing to set up.

Watermarked until bought

Proof images carry your watermark. The clean, full-size file is what they buy.

Sell retouching extras

On a proofing gallery, clients can buy retouches beyond their included picks (Studio and Agency plans).

Branded receipts

Buyers get a receipt with your studio’s name and logo, and you see every order on the project.

Selling questions

How do I sell photos to clients online?

Put the photos in a selling gallery, set a price per photo, and share the link. Clients add photos to a cart, pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and download the full-size files right away.

How do I sell team or event photos to lots of parents?

Make it a Public project. There’s no single client: anyone with the link can buy the photos they want and check out on their own, and you can turn on a comment wall for the group.

Does Edit take a commission on photo sales?

No. Edit takes 0% of your sales on every plan. Buyers pay through your own Stripe or Square account, so only their standard processing fees apply.

Can I sell prints?

Edit sells digital downloads, not prints. If you sell prints, you can still take the order and payment as an invoice line.

Do buyers need an account?

No. They check out with their name and email, and their purchases and receipts are always one click from the gallery.
