What’s the best way to deliver final files to a client?

Can I deliver files other than photos?

Yes. Deliverables take any file type, like TIFFs, PSDs, video, and PDFs.

Can I hold the files until the client pays?

Yes. Turn on payment before download and the files stay locked until the invoice is paid, then unlock on their own.

How long do delivered files stay up?

As long as you want. Set an expiry date and Edit warns your client before it, or pin a delivery as Keep forever. Unpinned files nobody has opened in 180 days get a warning before they’re cleaned up.

Is file delivery on every plan?

Deliverables are on the Studio and Agency plans. On Solo, you deliver finished images through a gallery share link with downloads turned on.

Does Edit use my photos to train AI?

No. Edit never uses your photos, files, or your clients’ information to train AI or machine-learning models, and we never sell or license your work to anyone for that. Edit doesn’t run AI on your photos at all. Galleries are private links, kept out of search results. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
