Budget where it counts

Reference photos
Product and food clients can add a reference shot, and you can require a photo on any session type, like a selfie for headshots.
A deposit per session
Set a different deposit for each kind of shoot. The button reads Continue to deposit only when that session has one.

Can one booking link handle different kinds of shoots?
Yes. Clients pick the kind of session first, and the form shows the questions for that kind. One link covers headshots, product, food, weddings, or whatever mix you shoot.
Do I have to write the questions myself?
No. Every kind of photography comes with its questions already written, including the ones that branch, like individual or company for headshots.
Can I write my own questions?
Not yet. Today every kind of shoot uses the questions shown on this page. Writing your own questions is on the way.
Can I embed the booking form on my website?
Not yet, but it’s coming. Today you share your booking link, and it opens your booking page on your own studio address. You can link to it from your website, Instagram bio, or email signature, and it shows a preview card with your logo wherever you share it.
Can I take a deposit with a booking?
Yes. Set a deposit for any session type. See booking and deposits for how deposits are refunded on decline and credited on the invoice.
Is smart booking on every plan?
Yes. The booking page, its questions, and deposits are on Solo, Studio, and Agency.
