How it works

They request. You say yes.

Your booking link shows the days and times you’re open. Every request comes to you first, so nothing lands on your calendar you didn’t agree to.

  1. 1

    They pick a time

A session type, an open day, and a time slot. Closed days and taken times are already grayed out.

  2. 2

    They tell you about it

Intake questions for that kind of shoot, and a photo if you ask for one, like a recent selfie for headshots.

  3. 3

    They pay the deposit

If the session type has one, they pay it right then. The request reaches you once it’s paid.

  4. 4

    You accept

Accept, change the details and hand it back, or decline. Accepting puts it on your calendar, and on Studio and Agency sets up their portal.

The details

No more “what times work for you?”

Your availability

Close the weekdays you don’t shoot, block vacations, and keep days that already have a shoot off the table.

Deposits that count

Set a deposit per session type. Declining refunds it automatically, and accepting credits it on the session invoice.

Questions that fit the shoot

Intake questions change with the kind of session, so a headshot client and a product client each get the right ones.

Ask for a photo

Require a photo on any session type, like a selfie for headshots or a shot of the product.

A link that looks good

Share your booking link anywhere, and it shows a preview card with your logo and a Book a session button.

Repeat clients, too

Clients you already work with request their next session right from their portal (Studio and Agency plans).

Booking questions

Can clients book a photo session online?

Yes. Share your booking link and clients pick a session type, an open day, and a time, answer a few questions, and send the request. You accept it, change it, or decline it.

Can I take a deposit when someone books?

Yes. Set a deposit for any session type. Clients pay it right after they request, the request reaches you once it’s paid, declining refunds it automatically, and it’s credited on the session invoice.

Does booking go straight on my calendar?

Not until you say so. Every request comes to you first. Accepting creates the project on your calendar, and your calendar can sync to Apple, Google, or Outlook.

Is booking on every plan?

Yes. The booking page and deposits are on Solo, Studio, and Agency.
